Some notes about the decision making of addicted teenagers

The consumption of addictive substances in teenagers is an individual problem as well as being a\r\npublic health problem and this leads us to consider the following issues from a legal perspective:\r\nCan adolescent drug abusers make autonomous decisions about how to treat their addiction?\r\nOr rather, is it necessary for legal representatives to intervene? To answer these questions, an\r\nanalysis of currently effective legislation in Spain on decision-making in the healthcare area is\r\nprovided, taking into account the legal reform that was carried out in August 2015.
