The fact that has not been reflected the definition of dual disorders in regional legislation,\r\nbrings consequences not delve into its shortcomings and addressing their resources and\r\ntake into account only the minimum content. Thus, many patients are lost between the\r\ntwo networks: Mental Health and Addictions, giving the “wrong door syndrome” since\r\ntheir problems only partly belongs to each of them. Thus, the right to health protection\r\nis not equated with other medical disciplines, in terms of care, and in this aspect there\r\nis no uniformity among the different Autonomous Communities These arguments, very\r\npossibly bring because of historical reasons -asistenciales, who did not want to alleviate.\r\nAnd therefore, it would require a boost of the term dual disorders, to then define and\r\naddress their materials and assistance gaps and to respond with maximum guarantees.
